Actor David Hekili Kenui Bell, who made his film debut in the live action version of Lilo & Stitch earlier this year, suffered several health issues prior to his death at the age of 46 in June, according to his autopsy report.

The Hawaii Police Department report, which was obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday (August 19), listed four "pathological diagnoses" including acute respiratory failure, sepsis, hypertensive/atherosclerotic heart disease and morbid obesity. The autopsy, which was performed at Kona Community Hospital in Kealakekua on June 19 and completed on July 10, also confirmed that Bell suffered from stasis dermatitis, which is a skin condition caused by poor blood circulation in the legs, and edema, which is build-up of fluid in the body's tissue, as well as having previously "complained of difficulty breathing" prior to his death.

No drugs or alcohol was found in the actor's system and a cause of manner of death was not listed, however, reports indicate that medical personnel attempted to resuscitate him. Bell, who is listed as a member of SAF-AFTRA, played "Big Hawaiian Dude" in the recently released live-action adaptation of the 2002 animated Disney classic Lilo & Stitch.

The actor had previously appeared in episodes of the CBS television series Hawaii Five-o and Magnum P.I. and his Facebook also indicated that he was working on additional projects. Bell's IMDb Pro page states that he was in post-production for the forthcoming Amazon MGM Studios action-comedy The Wrecking Crew starring Dave Bautista and Jason Mamoa as odd couple half-brothers working together to solve the conspiracy behind their father's murder in Hawaii.
