Good news for Hello Kitty fans: the first permanent Hello Kitty café is now open at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, California. It’s called the Hello Kitty Mini Café and it doesn’t offer seating, but that hasn’t kept people away.
The new café is serving treats like cakes covered in sprinkles and Hello Kitty doughnut cookies. Their menu is the same as the Hello Kitty pop-up café that opened in Orange County last July, but that one is closing this summer and the new one is here to stay.
According to Instagram users, the line to order can take up to an hour, but fans don’t care. They’re all over the ‘Gram sharing adorable photos of their delectable Hello Kitty-themed treats, so you can appreciate the cuteness without wasting time in line.
