Camila Cabello Pens Heartfelt Note To Struggling Fans: 'Just Breathe'

Camila Cabello took some time out of her day to send love to her fans by posting a touching note on Instagram. The "Havana" singer confessed she doesn't like to come on social media to see negative comments but she wanted to use her platform to help others.

"I am totally aware that I can use this platform to help people even in small ways!" she wrote. "So to anyone on here who is struggling, which we all do sometimes cause we’re human!!! I super recommend taking five minutes out of your day to just breathe."

She continued to open up about how she would constantly find herself living in her head and having a hard time focusing because she couldn't put herself back into the present. "I used to live so much in my head," she explained. "Constantly trapped in my overthinking and being in my head as opposed to the present moment.

So what are Camila's tips for de-stressing? "Take five minutes out of your day today to just inhale for 5 seconds through your nose , and exhale for 5 seconds through your mouth - and super focus on your breath and how it feels coming in and out of your nostrils," she advised. "Do it three times a day and whenever you feel yourself getting overwhelmed."

The 22-year-old singer recently opened up about her own struggles with anxiety almost exactly one month prior in a candid two-part Instagram post. She detailed her life before fame and during it while explaining how her anxiety affected her.
